Shipping
Here at Play Like A Champion Today, it is our policy and goal to get your order to you as quick as possible. We will make every effort to ship your order within 5 - 7 business days. Sorry our shipping guidelines do not apply during peak periods or when products are out of stock. All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. Orders that are received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed for shipping on the next business day. UPS is our preferred shipping partner but we may use other carriers including the US Postal Service. Addition fees apply to orders requesting express shipment (i.e. 2nd & 3rd Day, Next Day, Overnight, etc...).
Date of Shipment
Depending on the shipping firm you may receive notification when your order has been shipped via e-mail with a tracking number. You will then be able to track your package and when it's sceduled to be delivery. Our carriers normally deliver within 4-6 business days from the ship date.
Returns
Play Like A Champion Today, Inc. stands behind its products. To qualify for a refund certain guide lines must be met! Please contact us by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a RMA. All returns will be refunded less the cost of shipping. All items must be received by us no later than 20 days after the date of delivery. All items return shall be in the original condition, including the original packaging, boxes, containers, documentation, etc... If any of these items just mentioned are defaced or damaged in any manner, we reserve the right to not accept the return nor issue you a refund.
All shipping cost related to RMA covered returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
